Mark Mowrey, CFAChief Investment Officer
With a career in investment research and management spanning nearly two decades, Signature Resources’ Chief Investment Officer, Mark Mowrey, brings a uniquely broad and relevant expertise to the firm. Graduated from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and holding the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation, his roles have ranged from financial journalism and sell-side equity research to the management of multi-billion-dollar investment portfolios.
Having endured several capital market cycles during his industry tenure, Mark has learned firsthand the power of a quantitative methodology, grounded in an approach that fosters continual learning, to impart a beneficial discipline to the investment process. He further believes candid, transparent reviews of investment methods and results nurtures the trust that is required for clients and colleagues to share in the team’s confidence in its work.
Even so, Mark understands that confidence is at best a secondary source of investment success and that hubris and similar emotional states only detract from the investment process. Rather, he believes a methodical approach, grounded in more than a century’s-worth of collective industry knowledge development and evolved to be relevant to the investment challenges and opportunities of today, will enable the firm to assist clients in targeting their investment goals.

Mike provides wealth management services for successful professionals, families and corporations by taking a tax-centric approach to strategies, helping clients focus on maximizing income in retirement, while also addressing the transfer of wealth to subsequent generations and charitable endeavors.
Mike seeks to prepare uniquely designed strategies that help address his client’s financial goals and objectives. He tells every client with whom he works, “I want to help you protect, preserve and grow what’s most important to you.”
Mike helps his business clients attract, retain and reward employees by designing and implementing benefit programs including tax qualified retirement plans such as 401(k) plans and deferred compensation plans.
Prior to his financial services career, Mike owned a sales and distribution company where he learned first-hand how to build a business from the ground up and take it from start-up to success. He is intimately familiar with the financial issues business owners face daily and is skilled at helping them balance running the day-to-day operations by creating financial strategies for the long term.
A Santa Monica native, Mike attended John Thomas Dye School and Harvard-Westlake School, followed by the University of California, Santa Barbara. He and his wife Tiffany live with their two children in El Segundo.
Glenn T. Crawford
Glenn T. Crawford holds a Series 65 Investment Advisor Representative distinction, is a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA®) and is also a licensed insurance agent. His mission is to seek to support better financial outcomes for clients by educating, enabling and empowering them to make sound decisions about their financial well-being. He has also dedicated a significant part of his practice to advisory work regarding the financial aspects of divorce. Prior to entering the wealth management industry, Glenn enjoyed a career in information technology and was a partner in a $65 million consultancy firm.
Glenn holds a B.S. in General Business Administration from Arizona State University, where he was also a member of the 1975 SunDevil 12-0 Fiesta Bowl Championship football team.
As an active member of the community, Glenn has coached hundreds of youth sports teams over the years. He currently serves on the boards of the Arizona State University Alumni Association, Angel’s Nest Transitional Living Program, Pasadena Child Development Agency and the National Association of Insurance and Financial Professionals Los Angeles.
Mr. Cucuiat brings extensive experience in the financial services industry. In the early 90’s he started his own independent residential and commercial valuation and real estate investment consulting firm. During this time he advised private and institutional clients on projected property values and long-term investment probabilities. After nearly 13 years of success the company was sold to a larger firm and in 2005 the move was made into Asset Management and Financial Planning.
Daniel’s career as an Advisor has led him to mainly focus on asset protection and asset management strategies in an effort to secure retirement income for his clients and pass generational wealth to their children and grandchildren in the most tax efficient manner. His focus on complex solutions to comprehensive financial planning has enabled his client base to grow substantially in a volatile economic climate.
Daniel is a graduate of the University of Redlands where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Management with an emphasis in Finance. He also holds his Series 66 along with California Life/Health Insurance licenses and is currently enrolled in the CFP program. Mr. Cucuiat is actively involved in and supports the Orange County Chapter of The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and is an active member of the Financial Planning Planning Association.
Milos VrzicPortfolio Manager
As Portfolio Manager, Milos serves as the primary resource for trading, responsible for aligning client accounts to target allocations, managing daily cash flow requirements and maintaining the firm’s performance composites.
Born in Serbia, Milos came to California to play water polo in college. He is a graduate of California State University, Long Beach, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. He also received his Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from National University. Currently, he is a CFA Level 2 Candidate.
While he no longer plays water polo, Milos enjoys inspiring young athletes through coaching in his spare time, and resides in Anaheim Hills, with his fiancée, Paula.
Catie SimmonsInvestment Operations
Catie began her career with the firm in 2008 as an intern while she was working on her Bachelor of Arts at the University of California, Irvine. Upon graduation, she joined the firm in the capacity of Portfolio Administrator. In that role, she worked very closely with clients and their Financial Advisors, helping them with their setup and ongoing account maintenance.
In her current role as the Director of Portfolio Operations, she oversees an actively growing support team that assists advisors and their clients with the ongoing maintenance of their accounts.
Originally from Bakersfield, Catie splits time between her home town and San Clemente. She enjoys spending time outdoors gardening, catching up with family and friends and reading a good book.
Aleksandar Glebov started his financial services career in the year 2000. Originally from Northern California, Aleks moved to Southern California to attend college at UC San Diego. After graduating with a management science degree, he immediately started his career in financial services. Aleks has always been passionate when it comes to helping people and managing money. He takes pride in helping his clients, aiming to provide his clients with sound advice when it comes to investment, insurance, business and estate planning. He strives to provide his clients with the best possible client experience as they navigate the difficult tasks of preparing themselves, their families, and their businesses for a successful financial future. With over 16 years of experience, Aleks knows how to find the best solutions to the needs and challenges that his clients will face now and in the future. Aleks has earned various honors over his career, including top 10 in production for Northwestern Mutual in 2002, as well as top 50 sales manager for Mass Mutual in 2006.
Aleks lives in Irvine and enjoys outdoor actives with his dog Kona. He also continues to play competitive soccer and recently his team won the national title for men over 30. He enjoys being on the Orange County Bar Foundation and spends time helping “at risk” youth prepare for college applications and interviews.
Born in Argentina to European immigrants, Corina has lived in Albuquerque since 1983, where she raised three children and developed a thriving financial practice, which she started in 1986.
Fluent in both Spanish and Italian, she also holds the following industry certifications: CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, Chartered Financial Consultant, Accredited Estate Planner and Chartered Life Underwriter.
Since 1991 she has devoted her professional practice to helping small and medium size businesses, as well as non-profit organizations, navigate the process of developing and managing qualified retirement and executive compensation plans for the purpose of attracting and retaining quality employees. Corina also assists her clients in the design and implementation of business continuation plans that support the long-term viability of their business.
Mike Lacey, AIF®
Mike brings extensive experience in the financial services and wealth management industry. Mike attributes his success to being committed to maintaining the focus, discipline and motivation to impact the financial and emotional quality of life of the advisors he leads and the clients we serve.
Passionate about serving our clients, Mike is focused on helping individuals, medical professionals, closely held businesses and corporate clients create financial security. He leverages his expertise in providing strategies for managing their risks, accumulating assets for retirement, and providing solutions for employee and executive benefits.
Mike believes in giving back to both the community and the industry he has grown so passionate about. He participates in various youth sports organizations, along with helping youth and families through his work with community groups. Mike is a past Board Member with Bear Necessities Pediatric Cancer Foundation, past Board Member of CASA Dupage and gives time and energy towards Lurie Children’s Hospital, Teen Living Program, Junior Achievement and Feed My Starving Children. Industry focused, Mike is a past Board Member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) Chicago Region, member of AALU and GAMA International.
Mike is a graduate of Loyola University Chicago, where he earned a degree in Business Administration and a minor in Economics. At the forefront of Mike’s personal life are his wife Richelle and three children.
Ivan Lovegren joined Signature Resources Capital Management (SRCM) in 2017.
Ivan seeks to help closely-held business owners:

- Illustrate plans for and progress toward reaching clients goals
- Identify potential risks and liabilities
- Recognize gaps and propose solutions to resolve them
An active member of the LA5 Rotary, Mr. Lovegren believes giving back is just as important as educating. He also serves on the Beverly Hills Mayor’s Next Committee, the purpose of which is to meet the needs of Beverly Hills’ next generation in both business and lifestyle.
Ivan is a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and has also studied at the University of Southern California. He has called Beverly Hills home for nearly a decade. Ivan is also the father of twin boys and is an avid baseball fan.
Michelle Mai is a licensed Investment Adviser Representative who provides comprehensive financial planning to families and has a specialty in college funding. After moving to San Diego 13 years ago, she began working with families to educate them on the importance of creating a strategic financial plan that is tailored to their unique needs. It was then that she recognized the negative impact that insufficient planning can have on a family’s financial future. She has since pledged to help families understand these deficiencies and has been working with families to develop secure and confident financial plans that aim to minimize their costs for college and maximize their lifetime savings.
With over 1,200 families she’s helped over the years, she continues to maintain her pledge of educating others daily. Over the last few years, she has made it a point to give back to the community through educating its members on various financial planning topics. Michelle stays involved on many levels with the financial planning industry by currently serving on the board for N.A.I.F.A. (National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors) and providing financial literacy workshops regularly.
Michelle lives in San Diego, California, and spends the time away from her office with her family, running, biking, and enjoying all that San Diego has to offer.

Kevin joined SRCM in 2008 and has spent years developing a process to address clients concerns and goals.
With a background in Economics he believes his role in the financial planning process is to provide his individual and business clients with the necessary information to manage risk while they continue to work toward accomplishing their unique goals.
“Developing and maintaining a relationship with our clients is very important. We strive to meet quarterly to make sure the strategies and goals are still in line with each other,” says Kevin, regarding the ongoing relationship he has with his clients.
Kevin enjoys working with CPAs and attorneys so that together they can create a team for their client’s best interest. A collegiate golfer, Kevin continues to get on a course when not working with clients.
Keegan Rowe is an alum from Chapman University with a Finance and Economics background. His college education includes a semester in which he circumnavigated the globe and experienced different cultures from around the world.
Formerly a Mortgage Professional, Keegan transitioned into the financial services industry in 2018 to take a more holistic approach to financial planning. He is an Investment Advisor Representative with an insurance license and works with individuals and businesses seeking to both build and protect their wealth.
Lisa Sakai, CMFC
Lisa joined the firm in 2011 and has built her practice in the area of advising corporate executives and their employees, helping them understand their benefits and what role they play in their financial plan.
She attended Kenyon College in Gambier, OH where she earned a Bachelor of Arts. She also holds the Chartered Mutual Fund Consultant designation from the College for Financial Planning.
Active in her community of Mission Viejo and South Orange County, she is currently the President Elect of the Mission Viejo Chamber of Commerce.
Lisa is passionate about supporting the needs of professional women. To that end, she created OC Professional Women and WINFLUENCE, both networking organizations geared specifically towards building relationships, community outreach and support for women.
Lisa resides in Ladera Ranch, with her husband. Whenever she has downtime, she enjoys hiking, running, movies, reading a good book, and trying out the next great restaurant in town.
Russ Siadatian is a Series-65 licensed Investment Advisor Representative with Signature Resources Capital Management. Russ began his career in the industry in 2016 after working in entertainment finance. His practice focuses on retirement, business and estate planning for both individuals and businesses. Through personal family experiences, Russ realized from an early age the importance of working with a Financial Advisor with a professional and process-driven approach.
Russ was born in Salt Lake City and was raised in Los Angeles since he was 10 years old. He attended Indiana University, where he held numerous leadership positions and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies. Russ currently is studying for his Certified Financial Planner designation through UCLA. In his free time, Russ enjoys spending time with family, reading thrillers, spending time outdoors and playing sports with friends.
Chris joined the firm in 2000 and has over 18 years of experience in the financial planning industry assisting clients with their wealth management needs. His area of focus is helping affluent individuals and their businesses meet their planning objectives.
He attended Arizona State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science. In 2006, Chris moved from our Scottsdale, AZ branch to California. He and his family now reside in Ladera Ranch. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, watching the kids play sports from soccer to tennis.
Mr. Kaltenbach brings over 40 years of experience in the wealth management arena. From growing two Independent Registered Investment Advisories to creating and driving Signature Resources Insurance and Financial Services, a firm that has been a nationwide leader in the industry for over 35 years.
Gary has worked with a broad range of individuals in the areas of Advanced Life underwriting, Advanced Estate Planning, Charitable Planning, Planned Giving, Fee Based Asset Management, Deferred Compensation, Fee Based Benefit Design, Pension Design, Retirement Planning and Succession Planning. Gary holds the designations CLU and ChFC.
Gary is a graduate of University of Pittsburgh. Gary is actively involved in the charitable community and supports such organizations as The American Cancer Society, March of Dimes and the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network.
Geoff Kaltenbach is a Founding Partner of Signature Resources Capital Management and has over 25 years of experience in the area of financial services and asset management. Born into the business, the Kaltenbach family has over 55 years in financial services. As one of the firms Founding Partners, he is responsible for growing the firm including its institutional relationships, speaking regularly to the industry about the important role the advisor plays as a fiduciary to their clients and the role empirical based investing and the Five Factor Risk model play in that role.
Geoff maintains an active involvement in several community service organizations. In the past he has served on the Board of Directors for Padres Contra el Cancer (Parents Against Cancer), a pediatric cancer foundation. Currently he supports the Pancreatic Action Network, the Wyland Foundation, St. Michael’s Abbey and the Triplet Connection. In addition, he is a member of the Cal State Fullerton Family Business Center, Legatus and serves on the Board of Directors for the Long Beach State Athletic Foundation and since 2009 he and his family provide Christmas Trees to families of the Marine Expeditionary Units at Camp Pendleton. Geoff received his Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Southern California.
He and his wife Elena have 4 children, When not working, Geoff enjoys riding horses and trail rides with his daughter, watching his sons play collegiate water polo, seeing a great blues band and collecting antique books and art.
Gregory L. Kaltenbach
Mr. Kaltenbach brings over 16 years of experience in the wealth management arena. Greg started his career as an independent producer for Signature Resources Insurance and Financial Services focusing his practice almost exclusively in the areas of Estate Planning and Investment Management. He has been instrumental in the growth and development of Signature Resources Insurance and Financial Services. Greg is a partner in Signature Resources Capital Management.
Greg is a graduate of the University of Southern California with a degree in Political Science. He is actively involved in and supports the American Cancer Society and the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network.
